I took the four to Cornwall in June for a desperately needed break and it was perfect.
It was our dream house... piano, huge garden, fireplace, everything we wanted (apart from my bath!).
You can't be a knight in a place steeped in the mythology of Arthur without a good sword.
They loved the garden so much.
The most amazing day spend in the magical St Nectans Glen, both the woodland and the waterfall were spectacular.
Making fairy wishes and paying for our passage.
The smalls and I exploring the tiny seaside towns on our early starts while the big two chilled at home on the piano.
Declaring we must return when the apples in the garden are ready.
The silliness that ensued thanks to this table tennis table.
A slow afternoon with their books and art materials.
And the day we found a beautiful still lake which had warm shallow water. It made us all wish for kayaks and more time.
I bring kiwi crates everywhere!
The last day photoshoot with Thea and Ayla.
